A 3-day course on the PPP lifecycle with practical exercises, case work and exam practice to prepare for the CP3P certification.
THE BIG PICTURE
About this course
The CP3P certification is awarded by APMG International and is based on the PPP Guide developed by multilateral development banks. It recognises knowledge of the end-to-end public–private partnerships lifecycle across Foundation, Preparation and Execution levels. Across three days, the course covers PPP concepts, governance and legal frameworks, project identification and appraisal, commercial structuring and procurement, and contract management. Participants work through a consistent case study, build key artefacts (screening note, risk matrix, outline payment mechanism), and complete exam-style question sets and a full mock exam. Each CP3P level has a separate exam administered by APMG International. Candidates typically sit the levels in sequence and can book exams directly with APMG or via an APMG Accredited Training Organisation. The course includes guidance on scheduling and sitting the exam. APMG International owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
