About this course
Project Canvas Practitioner is a certification that evidences the capability to apply the Project Canvas to real projects. It is awarded by APMG International. Across two days you will work through each part of the canvas, build a complete canvas for a case project, and test decisions through group reviews. Activities include stakeholder mapping, benefit definition, scheduling, risk thinking, and governance design, with regular debriefs linking practice to exam topics. The certification is assessed via an APMG-set examination. Candidates can book the exam directly with APMG International or through an APMG Accredited Training Organisation.
