THE BIG PICTURE

About this course

The Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) is a senior-level credential awarded by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) for experienced business analysts who demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the BABOK Guide v3. Across five days, this course applies the BABOK knowledge areas using realistic case studies, group exercises, and tool-agnostic templates. Learners plan and monitor analysis work, conduct elicitation, model and analyse requirements, define designs, and evaluate solutions, with daily exam-style question practice and feedback. The CBAP exam is a 210-minute, 120-question, scenario-based multiple-choice test delivered online via remote proctoring or at PSI test centres. It is closed book, and IIBA does not publish a passing score. The certification follows a three-year cycle and requires 60 Continuing Development Units (CDUs) to renew. International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
