THE BIG PICTURE
About this course
Change Management is a professional certification awarded by APMG International that recognises knowledge and application of recognised change principles, methods and roles. The Foundation level focuses on core concepts and terminology, while the Practitioner level tests application to realistic scenarios. Across three days you explore individual and organisational change, stakeholder engagement and communications, and practical planning. You will analyse case studies, create stakeholder maps and communication plans, assess change impacts and readiness, and practise exam-style question sets with guided feedback. There are two exams. Foundation: 50 multiple-choice questions, 40 minutes, closed book, pass mark 50%. Practitioner: objective testing based on a case study (4 question sets, 80 marks total), 150 minutes, open book (The Effective Change Manager’s Handbook permitted), pass mark 50%. Exams are available online with remote proctoring or at sessions run by APMG Accredited Training Organisations. The Foundation certificate does not expire; the Practitioner certificate is typically valid for 5 years with a re-registration route. APMG International owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
