THE BIG PICTURE
About this course
An EQ leadership certificate recognises the application of emotional intelligence in leadership. Such certificates are commonly issued by training providers or employers; there is no single external awarding body. Across two days, the course builds self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, and relationship management. Learners work through role-plays, scenario analysis, and peer feedback to apply skills to real leadership contexts. There is no single standardised exam for this topic. Assessment requirements vary by provider; this course includes practice questions, a mock assessment, and guidance on arranging any required assessment with your chosen provider. The awarding body owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
