THE BIG PICTURE
About this course
The House of PMO Essentials is a suite of role-based PMO certifications — Administrator, Analyst, Manager and Director — awarded by APMG International. Across three days you examine PMO purpose, services and operating models, map responsibilities for each role, and apply tools for planning, reporting and analysis. You will work through templates, build a simple service catalogue, analyse project data, and draft improvement actions to take back to your organisation. Each role has a separate certification exam administered by APMG International. We explain the options and provide practice questions; candidates book their chosen exam directly with APMG or an accredited training provider. APMG International owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
