About this course
The SAFe Agilist (SA) certification is awarded by Scaled Agile, Inc. It recognises knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework and the ability to lead Lean-Agile change at enterprise scale. This 2‑day course covers core SAFe concepts including business agility, Lean-Agile leadership, team and technical agility, Agile Product Delivery, Lean Portfolio Management, and change leadership. Learners work through a PI Planning simulation and practical exercises to apply concepts in realistic scenarios. The certification is earned by passing an online exam administered by Scaled Agile, Inc. Access to the exam is provided after attending an authorised Leading SAFe course. Certification requires annual renewal through Scaled Agile membership. Scaled Agile, Inc. owns the certification scheme. How long is the course?
2 days, 16 contact hours, normally 09:00 to 17:30 with breaks. The agenda follows the exam domains and the final day includes a mock exam.
Is the exam included?
