Five-day, 40‑hour course covering DMAIC and Lean tools for Green Belts, with practical data analysis, process mapping, and exam preparation.
THE BIG PICTURE
About this course
Six Sigma Green Belt is a practitioner-level certification recognised across industries. This course prepares learners for the IASSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) credential awarded by IASSC. Across five days (09:00–17:30), delegates work through DMAIC with case studies and hands-on exercises: process mapping, data collection, statistics, root cause analysis, improvement design, and control planning. Practice uses spreadsheets (and optional Minitab), with daily exam-style questions and feedback. The ICGB exam is a closed-book, 100‑question test (multiple-choice and true/false) with 180 minutes available, delivered online proctored or at Pearson VUE test centres. The course includes a timed mock exam and guidance on booking and sitting the assessment. IASSC owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
What you’ll learn
